3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Roadranger manufactures and dispatches signage products from Brisbane, Queensland, with our primary dispatch facility located at 277 Toombul Road, Northgate QLD 4013. Production and delivery times shown online are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Oversized signage may require specialised freight. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive when reasonably expected, contact Roadranger on 0450 744 995 or sales@roadranger.com.au.
3.1 Dispatch Location
Roadranger primarily dispatches products from: 277 Toombul Road, Northgate QLD 4013, Australia
Roadranger may also dispatch products directly from another Roadranger, Colorcorp, supplier or production location where appropriate.
3.2 Delivery Areas
Roadranger may deliver throughout Australia, subject to carrier coverage, product dimensions, weight, destination and availability. Certain oversized, heavy or specialised signage products may require specialised freight or separate delivery arrangements.
3.3 Freight Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout where possible or communicated before the customer is committed to the relevant additional charge. Freight charges may vary based on size, weight, quantity, destination, carrier and service level.
3.4 Oversized Products
Large signage products may exceed standard courier dimensions. Roadranger may contact a customer after an order is submitted where a specialised freight service is necessary and the freight amount could not reasonably be calculated automatically at checkout. Roadranger will not impose a materially higher freight charge without first obtaining the customer's agreement. If an acceptable freight arrangement cannot be reached, either party may cancel the affected order and Roadranger will refund amounts paid for products that will not be supplied.
3.5 Production Time and Transit Time
Production time and freight transit time are separate. An estimated production or dispatch date does not mean that the product will be delivered on that date. Roadranger will use reasonable efforts to provide realistic estimates.
3.6 Tracking
Where tracking is available from the carrier, Roadranger may provide tracking information to the customer. Some specialised freight services may not provide conventional parcel tracking.
3.7 Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address and any information reasonably required for delivery. Roadranger is not responsible for delay caused solely by incorrect information supplied by the customer. Reasonable carrier redelivery or redirection charges caused by incorrect customer information may be passed on to the customer where permitted by law.
3.8 Delivery Access
For large or heavy products, the customer is responsible for ensuring reasonable delivery access at the nominated destination unless an unloading service has been expressly included. Where a forklift, loading dock, tailgate service or other special delivery requirement is necessary, the customer should notify Roadranger before dispatch.
3.9 Authority to Leave
Where authority to leave is requested or selected, goods may be left without signature in accordance with the carrier's service. Customers should ensure the nominated location is suitable.
3.10 Delivery Delays
Roadranger is not responsible for a carrier delay that is genuinely outside Roadranger's reasonable control, except to the extent Roadranger has an obligation under applicable law. If a delay becomes substantial, Roadranger will work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
3.11 Lost Freight
Customers should contact Roadranger if a shipment does not arrive within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date. Roadranger will investigate with the carrier and provide any remedy required under the customer's contract and applicable law.
3.12 Freight Damage
Where packaging or a product is visibly damaged on arrival, customers should photograph the damage before discarding packaging where reasonably possible and notify Roadranger promptly. A request for prompt notification is intended to assist investigation and does not limit statutory rights.
3.13 Partial Deliveries
Where appropriate, Roadranger may dispatch an order in more than one consignment. The customer will not be charged additional freight solely because Roadranger elects to split an order, unless that arrangement was requested by the customer or separately agreed.
3.14 Collection
When a collection is offered for a particular order, the customer must wait until Roadranger confirms that the goods are ready. Collection arrangements and available times will be communicated separately.
